Shipping and Handling Policy

Handling time is usually up to 1-2 business days, after buyer completed payment process.

Insured. Takes up to 14 business days (usually around 10 business days)

Expedited Internationl Airmail  
Courier Service delivers to your door, includes a tracking number and insured. Takes about 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking number and insurance are included in my shipping price.
Tracking number will be provided by mail as soon as items leaves my design house.

US/Worldwide:    25 USD

Please note:
Some International countries have customs policies that are stricter than others.
Parcels are rarely being held, but if they do, it's out of our control and you should contact your local post office.
We are not any responsible for Tax issues of your country.

Return Policy

Money back, Guarantee.

We are sure that you would love our jewelry designs, however returns process may be filed according to our policy.
We do state specific measurements in our description, and if you have further questions please feel free to email us your question.
If item arrives damaged or if for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns process may be filed.
Items must be return within 14 days after buyer receives them.
All returns must be authorized. Buyer must notify us by email prior sending the item back to us.
Items must be returned by registered insured mail and well packed - exactly like we packed.
Items must be returned undamaged and in original condition -  including all tags (damaged product could not be returned)
Refund will be given as money back for the item paid.
We may do refunds, but you will have to pay any Yahoo and Paypal fees and shipping.
All exchanges are approved on a case by case basis.
We do not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses.
